Refunds & Returns Policy

At Roam Unbound, we strive to deliver exceptional travel planning and guidance services to help our clients enjoy seamless and unforgettable experiences. If you’re unsatisfied with your service or need to change your plans, please review our returns and refunds policy below to understand our process and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments.

1. Rewards 101 and Trip Proposal Calls

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for Rewards 101 and Trip Proposal calls and consultation services are available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, as we allocate dedicated time and resources to prepare for each session.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session once without additional fees if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled call.

2. Full-Service Travel Design and Redemption Coaching Services

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for coaching calls and consultation services are available if requested after the initial coaching session and after the first proposal is delivered. 
  • Non-Refundable After Delivery: After the first call and proposal are delivered, the cost of the design fee becomes non-refundable and is considered a planning fee due to the nature of the custom work provided.
  • Service Adjustments: We prioritize flexibility to ensure satisfaction with your service. If adjustments are needed during the planning process, please let us know, and we’ll work to make modifications within the scope of the original service agreement.

3. Guided Travel Journals and Digital Products

  • Physical Products: All physical journals are print-on-demand items; therefore, refunds are not available once an order is placed, and all transactions are final.
  • Digital Products: All digital product sales, including downloadable journals and guides, are final and non-refundable once accessed. If you encounter issues with the download or content, please contact us for support.

4. Lead-Generating Flowchart and Email Campaign Sign-Ups

  • Free Resources: Free digital resources such as our lead-generating flowchart are provided as is and are not eligible for returns or refunds. We are happy to assist with access issues if they arise.

5. Changes and Cancellations Due to External Circumstances

  • Roam Unbound will make every effort to support changes or cancellations resulting from unforeseen external events affecting your travel plans. In these cases, we may assist with rescheduling, postponements, or adjusting services as permitted by our partners, though additional fees may apply depending on the circumstances.
